Asia Enterprise Receives Visit

Bandar Seri Begawan - Dr James Chen, his wife and Marketing Assistant Mr Alvin Hwong from the Taipei Economic and Cultural Representative Office, made a trip to Asia Enterprise around 9am yesterday at Kg Tunggulian in Belait District.

According to a press release, they were welcomed by General Manager Mr Chai Yum Fatt and his employees.

Following a briefing on its history and development, the visitors were led to tour facilities and look at fertilisers, seeds, gardening tools and agriculture machinery imported from Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia and China.

Mr Chai also said that he has already bought a new building and five acres of land to build a shopping centre, which will include a store for agriculture products, supermarket, restaurant and a demonstration farm, coming in June. -- Courtesy of Borneo Bulletin
