Teachers from Nusa Laila Puteri and Nusa Jaya School yesterday attended a seminar cum workshop on 'Educational Psychology'.

The event held at the Scout Complex in Jalan Gadong was to equip and develop teachers' knowledge as well as to enhance and hone their skills in teaching.

During the morning session, the teachers attended two lectures presented by Chandraseagran Suppiah, a senior lecturer and Head of the Department of Psychology at the Universiti Brunei Darussalam, and Pg Hjh Jamilah Pg Hj Othman, a fellow lecturer at the department.

They spoke on 'Principle of Educational Psychology in Teaching and Learning' and 'Psychology in the Classroom' respectively.

Also present at the seminar workshop were Dr. Pg Amir Mohd Yussof bin Pg Abbas Al-Haj, President of the school, and Cikgu Hjh Sharifah Noor binti Syed Ibrahim, Chairperson of the Executive Committee.
